We do our best to only ship the highest quality tees, however sometimes mistakes happen. We must be contacted in 7 days of receipt of order for any damages or misprints. Pre treat residue on dark colours is not considered a defect in printing and will not be considered for store credit or refund. Pre treat residue can be removed using a steamer or washing on gentle cycle.
