Shipping Policy

 

If you feel as though your package has been lost or delayed, please submit a claim to Canada Post here or USPS here.

  • We currently ship to Canada and the USA. If you are outside these countries and would like to place an order, please contact mgilman@tinandturquoise.ca, and we can calculate shipping costs for you.
  • Orders are processed Monday Wednesday & Friday 9am-5pm. Customers will be provided an update with tracking information, once the order has shipped.
  • All orders within Canada and the United States are shipped via Canada Post, shipping rate determined at checkout using their shipping calculator.
  • Tin & Turquoise cannot guarantee the quality of delivery, nor is Tin & Turquoise responsible for packages lost and/or stolen during delivery. If you have issues with your delivery, please contact Canada Post (or USPS for international orders) with your tracking information.
  • *9$ Flat rate shipping and free shipping for orders 100$ and up applies to Canada only.
  • Please note 'Small Packet USA' Does not offer tracking information and Tin & Turquoise will not be held responsible for any lost shipments
