Shipping Policy
ANY PARCELS RETURNED TO TIN & TURQUOISE VIA 'RETURN TO SENDER' WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEE TO HAVE THEIR PARCEL RESHIPPED - IF YOU DO NOT WANT THE PARCEL RESHIPPED, A SHIPPING CHARGE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR STORE CREDIT.
If you feel as though your package has been lost or delayed, please submit a claim to Canada Post here or USPS here.

We currently ship worldwide and offer flat rate shipping within Canada (BC, AB & SK $11.95) (All other Provinces $13.95) and to the USA (approx 11USD). If you are outside these countries, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. Customers will be provided an update with tracking information, once the order has shipped.

We aim to process all order within 5-7 business days, however please be aware that during peak seasons this may slightly increase.

11.95$ Flat rate shipping and free shipping for orders 120$ and up applies to Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan
- 13.95$ Flat rate shipping and free shipping for orders 150$ and up applies to all other provinces and territories in Canada

Please note that your Canada Post tracking number is ALSO your USPS tracking number once orders pass through customs
International Shipping
- All orders outside Canada and USA are shipped via Canada Post
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight of the items ordered
- ALL 'SURFACE' SHIPPING OPTIONS DO NOT PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION OR INSURANCE - Delivery times vary with this option and can take extended time due to current supply chain issues and shipping delays.

LOCAL PICK UP
If you are local and would prefer to pick up your order please select pick up at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready and we ask that you contact cs@tinandturquoise.ca to schedule a time for pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY
If you are local to Didsbury we offer 5.00$ delivery within 50km (free on orders 120$ and up). If you are within this radius, it will show as a shipping option at checkout.
- Tin & Turquoise is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen parcels once delivered and no refunds or credits will be given, under any circumstances.
- Please leave detailed instructions on where to leave the parcel at checkout
- We deliver once weekly, weather dependant
- If your address is inaccessible due to road conditions, impassable driveways or incorrect delivery instructions, parcels will be held until clarifications can be made.
- If you select local delivery and choose to have your item shipped, you will be invoiced for the difference in shipping and order will be held until shipping is paid
