Shipping Policy

 

If you feel as though your package has been lost or delayed, please submit a claim to Canada Post here or USPS here.

  • We currently ship to Canada and the USA. If you are outside these countries and would like to place an order, please contact cs@tinandturquoise.ca, and we can calculate shipping costs for you.

  • Orders are processed Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. Customers will be provided an update with tracking information, once the order has shipped.

  • We aim to process all order within 2-3 business days, however please be aware that during peak seasons this may slightly increase.

  • All orders within Canada and the United States are shipped via Canada Post, shipping rate determined at checkout using their shipping calculator.

  • Tin & Turquoise cannot guarantee the quality of delivery, nor is Tin & Turquoise responsible for packages lost and/or stolen during delivery. If you have issues with your delivery, please contact Canada Post (or USPS for international orders) with your tracking information.

  • 10.95$ Flat rate shipping and free shipping for orders 100$ and up applies to all of Canada

  • Please note that delivery standard guarantees are not currently being offered due to COVID.

International Tracking

  • Please note that your Canada Post tracking number is ALSO your USPS tracking number once orders pass through custom

LOCAL PICK UP

If you are local and would prefer to pick up your order please select pick up at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready and we ask that you contact cs@tinandturquoise.ca to schedule a time for pickup.
